Faculty Member Supriya Wheat Recognized by Academy for Teachers
Supriya Wheat, Gr. 7 Science faculty member, was invited to participate in "A Three-Day Master Class on the Hudson River Valley: Art, History, Ecology," hosted by The Academy for Teachers and led by New-York Historical Society director emerita Linda Ferber, University of Connecticut professor Christopher Clark, and Bard College professor Eli Dueker.

Teachers selected for Academy for Teachers master classes show passion for their subjects, creativity in their classrooms, and devotion to their students.

The Academy's master classes bring outstanding teachers together with leading experts, intellectuals, and artists for a day of high-level instruction and inspiration, enabling teachers to return to their classrooms re-energized.
