Dear Parents & Students,
Welcome to a new school year and the Spring 2017 After School Program! We're excited about the start of spring classes and look forward to continuing to provide TSC students with rewarding, fun learning experiences.
ASP registration will open the evening of Friday, January 6th, and close on Tuesday, January 17th at 11:59pm.
We are working on the lottery assignment process but find our class distribution list for Spring 2017 listed at the right. The lottery will open on Monday.
You will receive an email with your child’s registration form and lottery number. Each student will be issued an ASP lottery number. Please submit the online registration form prior to the deadline. While you may register after the deadline, your lottery number no longer applies and registration becomes first come, first served.
Please note that we also offer an emergency drop-in option (KidSpace!) for students not enrolled in ASP, and those students in classes that include a directed study components (noted in class descriptions). This child-centered environment will offer a place to learn, laugh and pursue interests alongside peers. KidSpace! will boast a range of popular activities, including art, educational games, independent reading, active play and more. The charge for dropping in will remain at $30/day.
Our hope is that students will have an opportunity to explore each after school placement at least once during the Add/Drop period. During this time, class changes are free of charge. However, after the end of the Add/Drop Period a $30 fee is applied to all change requests. Please note that all changes (adds, drops) must be made and submitted on a hard copy form in the mail bin located outside the ASP Office.
After the end of the Add/Drop Period (6:00pm on Friday, February 10th), the total cost of each student's ASP coursework will be billed on the school tuition statement. Course fees are not refundable after this deadline.
